Ottawa Property Matters is an independent property acquisition group focused on direct, transparent transactions with property owners. We work one-on-one with sellers to explore purchase opportunities using short-term option agreements that create clarity without pressure.

We are not realtors or a brokerage. We do not take listings, represent sellers, or charge commissions. Our role is strictly that of a direct buyer or contractual party.

Our approach is designed to be simple, honest, and respectful of a seller’s time. When a transaction moves forward, it is handled through licensed lawyers. When it doesn’t, the agreement expires and nothing changes for the owner.
