3. Review & Confirmation
During the option period, we review feasibility, financing, or partner involvement as needed.

4. Clear Outcome
If everything aligns, the transaction proceeds to closing through licensed lawyers. If it doesn’t, the option expires and the owner remains free to continue selling.
